本案位處彰化秀水，為一棟地坪八十坪的現代主義風格透天大宅，在每個樓層，設計師皆賦予它們不同的主題，希望在如此廣闊的建築室內，透過不同樓層各自的精彩空間氛圍呈現，滿足屋主喜愛美式與簡約感的風格需求。
This project is a 80-square feet mansion in modernistic style, the building situated at Sioushuei Township, Changhua County. The designer makes each floor has its own subject, the ideas satisfying the beloved America and simple style requested from the owner by presenting excellent atmosphere in every floor of the broad indoor space.
一樓的公共場域以半開放式規劃，利用石材隔屏搭配液晶膜玻璃作為客廳與神明廳的中介，並以此創造公共空間獨特的層次感，讓住宅彷若化身美術館，處處皆充滿藝術性。客廳以大理石結合木皮及收邊的大跨距電視牆，為剛硬材質創造細膩的呈現及衝突性的美感，並藉由石材為主的沙發背牆搭配黑色系傢俱，延續家的層次感與人文氣質。用廚空間結合開放式廚房的設計，一方面營造簡潔俐落的用餐場域，另一方面也達到視覺放大的效果，同時以大面開窗引入室外光線，營造清爽舒適的氛圍。
The rock partition and LC film glass are used as the media between living room and worship hall, the arrangement creating the unique space hierarchy in the public area and making the residence as a fine art museum in which the artistic elements are ubiquitous. The long-spanned TV wall, trimmed with veneer and titanium, and marbles present both the delicate presentation of solid materials and the beauty of conflictions. The collocation of stone wall behind the couch and black furniture extends the space hierarchy and humanity temperament. The kitchen is designed in open style, which creates a simple dinning place and magnifies the visual effect in the meantime. The large window is furnished to introduce light into the room, the design creating comfortable atmosphere.
二樓以現代主義美學為設計基礎，藉由幾何概念分割空間格局與動線，結合木質材料的溫潤質感，輔以石材的俐落感，混搭出具時尚、前衛性的人文氛圍。公共場域的客廳與餐廳間，以格柵屏風為中介，搭配連成一氣的木紋磚地板，使客廳、餐廳、神明廳三者間能保有各自的獨立性，又能互為穿透、開放。透過高度降低的沙發與桌几，形塑親切無壓的氛圍，淺灰色系的沙發、不鏽鋼鐵件與木皮收編的電視櫃，以漸進的色彩表現出層次美，沙發背牆則置入金屬藝術壁飾形成視覺焦點，演繹出內斂中具時尚性的混搭感。休憩室和廚房間則以玻璃拉門區隔，利用材質的透視性延續視覺穿透感。
The contemporary aesthetics is the idea for designing the second floor, where the geometric space configuration and circulation is mixed with the warm wooden materials, which mix and match the fashion and avant-garde atmosphere. The grille screen is used as the medium in the public space between the living room and dining room. It is the design combined with wood brick flooring which keeps the independent function among the living room, dining room, and worship hall. It is also the design which is penetrable and public. By using the lower couch and table, the designer creates the cordial and free atmosphere. The grey couches, stainless steel irons, and TV cabin trimmed with veneer present the beauty in different levels by using the progressive colors. The wall behind the couch is furnished with metallic murals which both become the focus of vision and interpret the mixture of introversion and fashion. The glass sliding door, separating the resting room and kitchen, extends the visual penetration.
三樓以白色系為底調，融合新古典風格的線條分割與現代主義的俐落風韻，打造奢華中帶有素雅的人文空間。公共場域整體採開放式規劃，客廳背牆透過線板的幾何分割，型塑凹凸有致的立體感，搭配歐風家具，營造優雅的空間特質。餐廳以長型桌為主體，後方展示櫃為視覺凝聚的焦點，以大量鏡面及玻璃，打造精品櫥窗般的設計。廚房則以白色系木質傢俱構成清新的美式風格，透過窗外引入的綠意，營造雅致閒適的料理環境。臥室設計上，延續公共場域的白色系色調與幾何線板分割，搭配黃光的照明，營造出帶有美式古典性格的住居場所。
The white is the main color for the third floor, the color mixed with neo-classical lines and contemporary neat appeals when creating a luxurious but simple humanity space in the meantime. The open-style plan is adopted for the public space. The wall behind the living room creates the sense of three dimension by using the frames in geometrical shapes. It is also the area creates the quality of elegance by furnishing with European style furniture. Long table is the main subject in the dining room, behind which the showcase concentrates sights. The showcase, built with plenty of mirrors and glass, is designed in the form of boutique show window. The white wooden furniture generates the new America style which introduces the outdoor greenery and creates an elegant cooking area. The design of living room extends both white color and geometrical frames of the public area. With the lightings of yellow, a residence is built in America classical style.
