建設公司希望透過設計師的基地包裝,簡單清楚地傳達以自然共生為理念,打造和諧美好的家園。

這是集合住宅於預約銷售期間,在建築基地上的廣告行銷方式。一般以輸出圍籬及簡單綠化執行。受建設公司所託,設計師設計此基地包裝時,以濱水之簡單結構,優美如詩的畫面來表達此基地之意象。以環保材質搭建基地造景,更清楚地表達即將建造的建築與環境的概念。

此基地使用時間約6-8 個月,設計師以極低的預算完成業主的託付,利用最經濟的帆布鋪設,所有使用之材料及設備皆可回收再利用,達到落實環境保護。並創造1500平方公尺的生態水池。讓土地與都市共好,留給城市居民美好生活印象。
To economically complete the construction plan, within 6 to 8 months, the designer uses the recycled canvas cloth and the ecological pool in 1,500 square meters that show the embracing ecological intimacy.
因人口密度增高,土地取得相對困難,在最大限度開發使用的城市,通常土地的利用完全以商業考量進行,但本案設計思考希望土地能與自然結合,注重生態環境:水、空氣、建築、生活、心靈、文化各面向,凝聚生活者的美好初心。希望在擁擠的城市生活裡,也能擁有一片屬於自己的綠洲。
For rapid growth of population and difficult land acquisition, the general construction plans are concentrated mainly on business strategy. The project,
however, is focused on the perspectives of environmental protection elements, such as water, air, building, intellectualness, culture, etc. so that the residents spare themselves from overwhelming pace of life in the city.
