設計概念 Design Concept
推門而入，一襲沉穩精奢氣韻撲面而來，如精品飯店般的佈局，讓人一度忘卻身處在家屋。沉靜暖灰色調，一如屋主性格；質感鍍鈦材質，彰顯其不凡品味；薄板磚塊體，喻示歷經鍛造的人生歷程。
從事房仲業多年的屋主，閱覽無數物件，亦擁有豐富裝修經驗，因此在執行此案時，對設計團隊而言是極大的挑戰。不希望流於大眾普遍風格，且能同時包納接待朋友聚會與直播拍攝等需求，於是在中性色基底下，豐聚設計 設計總監 李羽芝、執行總監 黃翊峰 運用線條比例與異材質搭接，形塑時尚奢雅氛圍，並結合智能家居設定，實現「家如飯店」的住宅體驗。
As staging a boutique hotel, the grand style appears right away at the entrance. The luxurious and calm atmosphere makes people nearly forget they are at home. A personalizing gray scheme and modern titanium-plated panels characterize the homeowner’s great charisma; the stone texture signifies a honed life journey.
The homeowner has worked in the real estate industry and experienced dozens of properties and remodeling cases. As a result, it is quite a challenge to achieve an unconventional design incorporating ample space for gatherings and live shootings. Fertility Design's design director Sylvia Lee and executive director Lucas Huang designed a trendy, luxurious style in neutral color palettes features dynamic materials and decorative strips. Moreover, it is privileged to have a hotel-like living with a smart home system.

Boutique Hotel Style & Accommodating Functions
因著業務性質工作與屋主好客性格，時有聚會需求，因此在開門入室之際，便劃設酒吧般的高吧台，客廳則以開闊佈局結合多功能區，做為平時招待賓客與直播拍攝場域。為實現屋主對獨立更衣室的嚮往，將原先三房格局打通為兩房，並更改入口動線，巧妙避開進門見床的風水禁忌，亦大幅度的增加收納空間，打造如精品飯店般的朗闊宅邸。
With the homeowner’s career and hospitality in mind, a bar counter is strategically placed at the entrance, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The open layout plan of the living room incorporates a collaborative functioned space. Besides, the existing three bedrooms were reconfigured into two bedrooms to achieve a walk-in closet arrangement. Then, we moved the doorway to resolve the Feng-Shui taboo of the door facing the bed and increased extra storage space. These striking accents distribute a boutique hotel style to the expansive residence.

已閱覽無數物件的屋主，希望自身的居家空間能充滿個性而不落俗套，於是在奠定沉穩暖灰基調後，透過材質拼接與情境燈光，堆疊層次表情——玻璃通透半掩、薄板磚石材紋理、鍍鈦金屬質地，於光線投射下，蘊生流動光暈，呈顯精緻手藝。室內光源與簾幕皆採智能設定，能因應不同場合需求和心情，隨心轉換模式，讓家的樣貌自由定義。
The homeowner, with a wealth of renovation experience, aspires for a home that is uniquely their own. A sophisticated gray palette provides a backdrop for a mix of materials, while soft, ambient lighting creates a warm and tranquil atmosphere. The semi-transparent glass, stone textures, and titanium-metallic surfaces create a rich, layered aesthetic. Intricate details, illuminated by stunning lighting, reveal a captivating elegance. The integration of smart home technology empowers the homeowner with control over lighting and curtains, adapting to various moods and needs and enabling a nifty shift in home styles.
減省能源用料 實踐環境友善
Energy Saving & Eco-friendly Achievements
對於重視生活品質且講求建材用料的屋主來說，安全健康必成為首要考量，全室木作採用低甲醛板材，進一步減少過敏原滋生。而為避免過多浪費，空間中的薄板磚與鍍鈦材質，皆物盡其用，盡可能不留餘料，並搭配智能光源控制，有效減省能源，實踐環境友善的安心住宅。
The owner attaches importance to the quality of life and building materials, while home safety and health become priorities. The designer exploits low-formaldehyde lumber to reduce allergen breeding. The construction process takes full advantage of tile slabs and titanium-plated panels to avoid excessive waste. The smart home lighting control enhanced energy sufficiency and contributed to the project's eco-friendly achievements.
玄關
Entryway
不刻意劃分玄關與內在空間，而是在入門起始，便建立迎賓的儀式感與奢雅時尚氛圍，為甫踏入室內的心情增添期待。此區以淡奶茶色立面，悄然區分場域性質，齊整劃一的線條建構無把手隱藏門，形塑清爽無壓視覺； 鞋櫃門片以格柵形制，利於通風透氣，相偕鍍鈦金邊點綴，讓機能美型兼容並蓄。
A welcoming atmosphere and a luxurious trend with a sense of ritual start as the first step into the door without separating the entryway from the inner space. A creamy façade seamlessly divides different zones while the storage fronts, without pulls, sleekly shape a clean look. They cooperate to deliver a light and refreshing vision. The shoe cabinet with golden trims also facilitates ventilation and presents functional aesthetics.

因應屋主時有聚會接待需求，設計團隊將酒吧概念移植入室，於玄關入口劃設高吧台，鑲嵌金屬與石紋質感，奠定精緻奢雅氛圍，並搭配智能燈光控制，埋入RGB變色燈條，依循迎賓、品酒等不同情境，彈性切換模式，打造個性化家居。
In response to the recreation requirements, the design team implemented a bar-like idea for the interior with a counter at the entrance. Copper decorative strips and stone tops create a luxury vibe, and intelligent lighting control with RGB strip light serves an exclusive living style, shifting various ambiances flexibly to accommodate gatherings or bar vibes.
客廳
Living Room
有別於純粹休憩機能的起居空間，屋主寄望客廳成為觀影休閒、用餐接待與直播拍攝的多功能場域，因而此區摒除隔間，引入大片採光，放大空間坪效，並運用同一塊大板磚，前後呼應連袂一致的視覺效果。為營造奢華大氣氛圍，將天花板上推進，並以金屬板修飾梁柱，與鍍鈦元素調性相融。落地窗前搭造一玻璃屏風，化解進門穿堂的風水疑慮，亦成為入門後的獨特端景。
The homeowner expected the living room to facilitate a home theater, a recreational space, and a live shooting studio rather than simply a resting space. As a result, an open layout design allows a great deal of natural light and shapes an expanding view, achieving a coherent image with a large slab tile. Besides, a high ceiling design complements a grand style as adorning panels on the column echo the metallic tone. Furthermore, a glass partition in front of the French window resolves the Feng-Shui taboo of door to window, presenting a distinctive feature view.

Master Bedroom
為滿足屋主希冀擁有獨立更衣室的想望，破除原格局限制，拆除與次臥間的隔牆使空間連通，大幅增加收納機能，並更改入口方向，避開進門見床的風水疑慮，以柔靜暖灰色調，鋪墊放鬆休憩氛圍。不做繁複綴飾，僅以簡約線條與材質跳色，勾勒表情輪廓，利用鋁框玻璃和茶鏡立面，延伸放大視覺，讓此區成為兼具精品收藏與個人展間的專屬VIP室。
After breaking down the wall partitioning the secondary room, an open layout contributes to more storage space that satisfies the homeowner’s expectations. Pragmatically, a new entrance location keeps the door not directly facing the bed. Soft and calm gray tones deliver a reposeful vibe without superfluous adornments. Only simple lines and flashing colorings by different materials reveal eclectic characteristics. The walk-in wardrobe with aluminum framed glass doors offers an expanding view and an exclusive boutique showroom of personal collections.
