這項交易於 2026 年 9 月 24 日簽署並生效。根據協議，Creative Medical Health 從 Creative Acquisition 公司收購了 400 萬股 BioDefense 股份。支付方式為現金與股票合併收購，即支付 20 萬美元現金，並發行 100 萬股 Creative Medical Health 的普通股作為對價。這次發行的股票屬於私募性質。
